If you go to enough top shelf car shows in the same region, you’re likely to see the same car at more than one event. I like to kid Ken Lingenfelter that his Bugatti Veyron is following me around. It didn’t surprise me, then, to see Cauley Ferrari’s 458 Spider at both the Eyes On Design show and the Concours of America this past summer. Eyes On Design got rained on this year, which was was unfortunate for those attending or displaying cars, though it did give us the opportunity to see the 458 Spider with its attractive retractable hardtop roof in the up position. Fortunately, though, the late July weather for the Concours couldn’t have been better, sunny with clear blue skies. Perfect for showing off open cars. By the way, looking at the rear end of the 458, I know that lots of cars have dual exhausts, and some have quad exhausts, but besides Ferarri is there another car maker that uses three exhaust tips (the F40 also had them)?

"...I've been over to Cars In Depth on many occasions. Barring the whole 3D thing which drives me up the wall (that's a personal thing, though), I like the content, the writing, and the simple formatting. You do a great job over there, and I am impressed."
