We love cutaways around here and it’s always a treat when a manufacturer spends the money on a kinetic cutaway, one that’s motorized so we can see how all those internal parts work together. This Subaru display at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show wasn’t as elaborate as the motorized cutaway of the complete Corvair drivetrain now at the Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Museum, but like that Corvair cutaway, it does have a turbocharged six cylinder horizontally opposed “boxer” engine.
