This video starts out with a couple of green, open top cars from the same general era that couldn’t be more different, a mid ’60s Cadillac DeVille convertible, and a 1963 Jaguar E Type OTS (open two seater). Those are followed by a stepped-roof Rambler Ambassador station wagon, a 1962 Austin Healey 3000, a brand new 2013 SRT Viper coupe, and a nice red 1985 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe (the Thunderbird version of the mid ’80s Mustang SVO – they were both built on the same Fox platform). The Turbo Coupe TBird came with a 5 speed manual transmission and a limited slip rear end, and had a top speed of 143 MPH, not bad for a four cylinder. Yes, during the malaise era they sold the Thunderbird with four cylinder.
