Drive Like a Japanese Boss: Toyota Crown Royal Hybrid

For the first time in history, Toyota brought all of the hybrid vehicles that they sell globally to one place, Ypsilanti, Michigan, along with some prototypes and the a 1997 JDM Prius, the first mass produced hybrid, for an event they called the Toyota Hybrid World Tour. One of the cars was the Crown Royal luxury sedan sold in the Japanese domestic market and there was usually a wait to get behind its wheel at the “ride & drive”.
