Ordonez finishes class second at Sebring

Lucas Ordonez got his debut for the Signatech Nissan team off to a flying start at the Sebring 12h, with a 2nd place finish in the LMP2 class.  Partnered by Soheil Ayari and Franck Mailleux, the GT Academy winner put in an excellent first display for Signatech, after overcoming electrical and gearbox issues.  Overall victory was taken by the Oreca Matmut Peugeot 908 Hdi FAP driven by Nicolas Lapierre, Loic Duval and Olivier Panis.

Team Signatech Nissan can now look forward to the next round, the 6 hours of Spa-Francochamps in May. Ordonez is continuing to show the talent and skill that the GT Academy was hoping to produce all along, and I’m sure that as he progresses through this season he and the team will only get stronger. Congratulations Lucas!
