1968 AMC Javelin Ad Featuring a Very Young Richard Dreyfuss

This video is not in stereo 3D

It’s always fun to spot actors in movies, shows and commercials from before they achieved fame. This ad for the 1968 Javelin (ignore the video title on YouTube, it’s a ’68) features two actors who would go on to much better paying work than appearing in commericals. The ad features a very young, pre-Duddy Kravitz, Richard Dreyfuss, laying on the streetwise New Yawk accent pretty thick, admiring a Javelin with his gang of buddies. Vic Tayback, who later starred in the tv sitcom Alice, appears at the end of the ad to chase the youths away from his car.
