Yesterday’s post on the Corvettes in the Lingenfelter Collection brings to a close our series on Ken Lingenfelter’s extensive collection of Corvettes, American muscle cars and exotic supercars. To wrap things up, here is the complete collection of photos of all the cars on display when I was there all in one gallery of over 370 images. With so many great cars it’s hard to pick one to put up at the top of this post, so I decided to use a wide shot of the “exotics” room, because it gives you a flavor of the variety of cars that make up the collection. See how many marques you can identify. Below is a shot of all the car care products it takes to keep a collection like this show ready. It’s a lot of hard work and Ken has a small staff of people who maintain the collection and keep the cars in running order and in concours condition. It’s one thing to win blue ribbons with trailer queens, to do it with cars that actually see the road is a testament to the high caliber of people on that staff.
What folks are saying:
"...I've been over to Cars In Depth on many occasions. Barring the whole 3D thing which drives me up the wall (that's a personal thing, though), I like the content, the writing, and the simple formatting. You do a great job over there, and I am impressed."
